Ergotron, the
global leader in computer and video display
mounting equipment, is pleased to announce
that their LX Notebook Arm has been honored
with the MacAddict Editors’ Choice Award.
The award for the innovative LX Notebook Arm
appears in the August issue of MacAddict,
currently on newsstands.
The LX
Notebook Arm enables users to rediscover the
value of their notebook’s display, allowing
any notebook user to position their notebook
off the desk to achieve comfortable
line-of-sight computing. The LX Notebook Arm
is specifically designed to accommodate
notebooks in or out of docking stations.

“Notebooks
have been at odds with proper ergonomics
since their inception. Receiving this award
from the discriminating MacAddict editors
validates the need for a product to bridge
this gap,” said Jane Payfer, Vice President
of Marketing for Ergotron. “The Mac
community is typically first to appreciate
the value of a product whose form follows
function. The LX Notebook Arm brings Mac
devotees a beautiful ergonomic companion
product to their PowerBooks and MacBooks,
without the inflated price point commonly
associated with ergonomic products. We are
gratified to receive this recognition.”
